I like it because it's a simple, straightforward parking garage with an elevator and stairs. Plus, it's located in the best area of Vic, right below the Plaza Mayor. The problem is that the parking spaces are too narrow, and over time they've become even narrower because large cars park there that don't fit in a single space and sometimes take up more than one. They should redefine the width of these spaces because it's almost impossible to park there anymore. A positive point is the use of the Via T electronic toll collection system, which means you don't have to take a ticket or pay at the end, as it's charged automatically.
