I'm very sorry to give a bad review but we found (and it's not the first time) that the entrance door to the parking lot wouldn't open. We waited 12 minutes (I have the Maps chronology option checked) and finally we had to back away from the entrance of the parking lot 4 cars in reverse considering that it's steep and watchful of the cars coming from the road we had to enter. If it weren't for the entrance, the parking lot could be considered a pointer because it has an entry and exit system by reading the license plate, which makes it quicker to enter and exit (after paying) than others that make you queue to get the entrance ticket. (As long as the door opens of course). Sometimes we found ourselves like this when leaving (the door doesn't open) but back down to the same level and exit through the other door. If the front door fails and you have to back up, it's not easy due to the unevenness, because you're going backwards and you have to watch out for cars in the lanes you're entering. Too bad, if they fixed the doors it would be a good parking lot.
