Perfect customer service fast for arrival collection to take us to the car and we had problems starting as battery was flat they came and helped us start the car and didn’t leave are side untill they knew we was ready to be on are way and enjoy are brake away highly recommend them to anyone wanting great services and safe place to park!

Parking my car at Alicante. Several choices. We chose ParkVia Alicante. Excellent service, on arrival we parked ourselves (remembering the space) The transit vehicle was already for us. The driver placed our luggage inside and off to the airport we went. We retained our keys - some companies like to have the keys - there have been numerous reports of vehicles being used or items removed. We had the keys, removing that concern. On our return the pick-up vehicle arrived within a few minutes and we were on our way.
I was waiting for a transfer in the airport 28 min. That is crazy, I came by plane from Barcelona almost the same time as to wait the bus to take my car. At the web site it says the pick you up during 5 min. What is not true.
